Round Table Meeting on the Review and Progress of MKCF Funded Projects in Bangkok
Dr. Kanchana Saengchan, representing the ASEAN Cassava Center and serving as the co-Principal Investigator of the TTC project funded by the Lancang-Mekong Cooperation Special Fund through the Mekong Institute, had the privilege of participating in the Round Table Meeting on the Review and Progress of MKCF Funded Projects in Bangkok, Thailand, from 14-15 December 2022. The purpose of this gathering was to assess the progress of MKCF, delve into project implementation intricacies, and foster the exchange of best practices while establishing connections among project implementing agencies (PIAs).
We were honored to contribute our insights, share best practices, and offer feedback on implementation challenges, contributing actively to the regional peer network of program implementing agencies dedicated to advancing cooperation on the thematic issues addressed by the MKCF projects.
Our commitment remains steadfast in the pursuit of sustainable development within the cassava value chain across the ASEAN region and partnering countries. We deeply appreciate the collaborative efforts undertaken thus far and look forward to the ongoing dialogue and potential synergies that may further strengthen our collective impact.
