Knowledge Sharing Seminar on Cassava Value Chain and Policy Influence, hosted by the Faculty of Economics at KU
On January 10, 2024, Dr. Warinthorn Songkasiri, Director of the Biochemical Engineering and Systems Biology Research Group at BIOTEC-NSTDA and Director of ASEAN Cassava Centre, along with Dr. Sivalee Trakulvichean and Dr. Ruenrom Lerdlattaporn, participated in a Knowledge Sharing Seminar on Cassava Value Chain and Policy Influence, hosted by the Faculty of Economics at Kasetsart University.
During the seminar, Dr. Warinthorn delivered a presentation on "Circular Economy and Sustainability of the Cassava Value Chain". Topics presented by other speakers included value chain analysis and government policies that support the sustainable growth of cassava, along with insightful case studies from Southeast Asian countries such as Cambodia, Laos, and China.
