Cassava is a key focus due to its potential to generate significant export revenue, particularly to China. Strategies include enhancing cassava production through contract farming, improving processing and logistics, and promoting climate-smart technologies. An investment of $100 million could significantly benefit the economy and local communities, with estimated returns ranging from 15 to 20%.
