High-Level Industry Representatives Convene for Trade Policy Talks
Mr. Preecha Temprom, President of the Association, Mr. Boonmee Wattanaruangrong, Secretary-General of the Association, Mr. Ampai Jaruwatanakul, Vice-President of the Association, Mr. Anuwat Ruthaiyanon, Vice-President of the Association, and Mr. Atthaphon Lertwanichdilok, Association Manager, participated in meetings with the Department of Foreign Trade, Ministry of Commerce on Tuesday, September 15, 2015, in meeting room 1601, 16th floor, Department of Foreign Trade. The agenda included discussions with the Thai Tapioca Starch Association regarding import-export measures for cassava starch products at 1:00 p.m., followed by a meeting with four cassava associations to consider guidelines for export-import measures and transit of cassava products, including the designation of cassava as a pilot product in special economic zones at 2:00 p.m.
