Annual Evaluation Meeting of CCARS Held Successfully in Chengmai

The Chinese Cassava Agro-industrial Research System (CCARS) held its annual evaluation meeting from January 10 to 13, 2022, in Chengmai. Despite the challenges posed by the global COVID pandemic, 78 attendees from various regions convened both online and offline. Key figures, including Coordinator Guohui Yang and Principal Scientist Kaimian Li, delivered speeches highlighting achievements and future plans. Participants discussed work plans for 2022 and organizational issues related to the system's goals during the "14th Five-Year Plan." Prof. Peng Zhang and Dr. Qiuxiang Ma from CEMPS were among the attendees.
